TOSH an well known brand was established in 2011 by its founder Firoz Multani. He started his career in 2006 as an Indian Entrepreneur who played a key role in shaping the face of restaurant industry in India and Thailand. He is the Founder and Designated Partner of
M/s TOSH CUISINE LLP established in 2023 & Proprietor of Tosh Food & Restaurant Consultant.
Firoz Multani also has tremendous experience in food industry. As a Director in 2006 for Vincy Food Private Limited, which was an Italian Pizza restaurant by the name of MAMAMIA PIZZA & SUB which was located at bandra hill road,Mumbai. Providing his expertise in sales, workforce management, legal assistance and handling of staff were his key role.
In 2007 he managed franchise of Café Coffee Express & Coffee Vending Machine of a very well known brand named CAFE COFFEE DAY. Which was primarily operated at Thomas Cook(TRAVEL GIANT) Wellington Sports Club(Haji Ali) and also at Globus Theatre (Bandra Hill Road as a Prime Franchiser.
Moving further in 2016, he became importer and distributor of confectionery and beverage product’s from thailand and austria. To name a few product YOFER cream biscuits, MAZZ popcorn and also many beverages(sultan cola) from austria.
Same year in 2016, he also started his first international restaurant in pratunam bangkok thailand by the name ‘Mirch Masala’ a pure vegetarian outlet loved mostly by Indians and international tourist. Handling most of the operations such as interior setup, legal documents and preparing recipes.
In 2019 firoz successfully launched his first cloud kitchen with the brand name of ‘TIKKA TONIGHT’ an barbeque concept. Which has its own unique recipe in the whole of Mumbai,India.
In 2021 he established 3000 sqft kitchen giving free food for needy PEHLAR WELFARE CHARITABLE TRUST assisting with staff, kitchen setup and all legal documents for kitchen.
In 2022 he launched M/s TOSH CUISINE LLP with multi-brand like
ROTI HOUSE, DOSA UDUPI, OH SO CREAMY FUSION SHAWARMA, TANTUNI DURUM, CURLY FRIES, LABOUR, TASTE OF DHABA SEEKWALA & many more.
Operating from one outlet and offering many brand to come. Moving forward and not looking back. In 2022 he work with a brand restaurant by the name of JAFFERBHAI DELHI DARBAR as a core team member.
TOSH is remembered as "The old world taste meets modern day cuisine".
With experience of vast restaurant culture and recipe from different continent such as Asia, Gulf and Soviet Republic and Turkey .TOSH main aim is to bring uniqueness and evolve in all area of operations in QSR, CLOUD KITCHEN, RESTURANT.
